About the Role
As a Senior Member of Technical Staff, you will play a pivotal role in building the next-generation, AI-first Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. You will leverage AI-assisted coding capabilities and vibe coding practices, using tools such as Codex, Claude, and Cline to streamline application design, code generation, and debugging.
You will introduce, promote, and continuously improve AI-powered productivity enhancements across the engineering team and develop EHR platform components ensuring scalability and security.
Requirements:
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
- 3+ years software engineering experience
- Proficiency in Java, C/C++, or Golang
- Demonstrated experience with AI-based IDEs and integration into workflows
- Experience with ChatGPT or Claude models
- Familiarity with MCP Tools/Servers and multi-tool orchestration
- Understanding of "vibe coding" approaches
- Core CS fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, distributed systems)
- Container and Kubernetes experience preferred

Career Level: IC3 Salary Range: $79,200 - $178,100 USD annually, plus potential bonus and equity.
