DevOps Engineer (C#/.NET Focus)

AI-Enabled Development: Use AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, or similar) to accelerate development, reduce repetitive work, and improve code quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in system design and architectural discussions, contributing to modernization and scalability — with a focus on strengthening and evolving .NET/C# systems
• Deliver against roadmap commitments with a focus on quality, maintainability, and iteration
• Partner closely with Product and the Director of Engineering to align technical work with customer and business needs
• Document, mentor, and contribute to a culture of learning and openness
• Stay curious and experimental with new tools, frameworks, and AI workflows that can improve speed, quality, or developer experience

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally across multiple product areas or stacks
• Expert-level knowledge of at least one major CI/CD platform
• Strong command of a major cloud platform
• Strong proficiency with C# and the .NET ecosystem
• Demonstrated use of AI tools or automation in the development workflow
• Product mindset with comfort for ambiguity, iteration, and user-centric decision-making
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Current systems include a large .NET/C# foundation, so engineers in this role will play a key part in maintaining and modernizing the core platform while helping shape the next generation of services and architecture.
