Their platform includes Automat Studio and an Agentic Workflow Builder.
The company seeks a product-minded senior engineer to develop core infrastructure and user-facing features, balancing UX excellence and foundational scalability while collaborating with forward-deployed engineers implementing customer workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Automat Studio and Agentic Workflow Builder products
- Build interfaces leveraging computer vision models for enterprise workflows
- Create beautiful and intuitive UX interfaces that simplify complex processes
- Develop enterprise-grade backend infrastructure for Fortune 500 clients
- Shape engineering practices and product direction
Required Skills & Experience:
- Communication & collaboration abilities
- Extensive experience with AI coding tools (Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code mentioned explicitly)
- Startup IC experience in high-growth environments
- Strong pragmatic engineering mindset
- Comfort with ambiguity and multiple responsibilities
- Passion for intuitive user experiences
- 3+ years experience

Salary: $175,000 - $220,000 Equity: 0.05% - 0.25%
