Full-Stack Engineer - Manchester, UK

What You'll Do

• Build workflows for frontline police and dispatchers in a cloud-native platform
• Use AI tools like Cursor and GitHub Copilot to speed up implementation
• Partner across teams for end-to-end feature delivery
• Experiment with internal AI automation
• Fix bugs and improve code quality
• Mentor teammates

What You'll Need

• 1+ years professional experience or CS degree + internship
• Java, JavaScript, TypeScript + React, MySQL proficiency (coderpad assessment required)
• Curiosity and comfort with modern development tools, including AI-assisted platforms like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or LLM APIs
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication
