About the Role

The platform automates project administration including RFIs & submittals, email filing, field notes, meeting minutes, and reporting. Backed by Y Combinator and Initialized Capital, the 15-person team competes successfully against much larger competitors.

- Comfortable with unfamiliar technical domains
- Can explain trade-offs to diverse audiences
- Judgment about when to prioritize speed versus rigor
Bonus skills: LLM-based production software, React Native/Expo, cloud ops (AWS/Azure), Terraform, Kubernetes, AEC industry exposure
Tech Stack:
- Backend: Python (FastAPI), Postgres, Redis
- Frontend: React/TypeScript, React Native/Expo
- Infrastructure: Terraform/Kubernetes on AWS & Azure

- Competitive salary + generous equity
- Personal development stipend
Application Requirements:
- 1-2 paragraphs on background
- 1-2 lines on what you built and lessons learned
