Sr. Software Engineer

The role involves leading development of complex capabilities on the Salesforce platform while integrating modern full-stack technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and build scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex Classes and Lightning Web Components
• Extend Salesforce with microservices and UI components using Node.js, Angular, and Java
• Implement Service Cloud and Data Cloud solutions for unified guest journey visibility
• Lead the charge in 'Next-Gen' engineering by leveraging GenAI tools (e.g., Cursor, ClaudeCode, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate velocity and improve code quality
• Drive Test-Driven Development and code quality standards
• Collaborate in Agile environments with Product Managers and Designers

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years relevant professional software development experience, preferably in a senior role
• Full Stack Proficiency: Java, Node.js, Angular
• TDD experience with unit testing
• Agile/Scrum/Kanban fluency with CI/CD pipeline knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce expertise (Apex, Lightning Web Components, architecture)
• Cloud expertise (Service Cloud, Data Cloud)
• GenAI tool experience: Cursor, ClaudeCode, or other AI-driven IDEs
• Salesforce DX familiarity

Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or equivalent work experience
