We are looking for an exceptional Senior Frontend Engineer to join our global business.
Fresha provides every engineer with top-tier tooling (Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to strip away technical toil so engineers can focus on shipping high-impact product features. We view AI as a force multiplier for feature delivery, not just a coding assistant. We value engineers who can leverage these tools to drive momentum within 6-week cycles while maintaining deep technical judgment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain React code
- Ensure application performance and responsiveness
- Identify bottlenecks and devise solutions
- Maintain code quality and automation
- Participate across full product lifecycle
- Shape architecture and engineering culture
- Deep experience building and interacting with AI agents to amplify output, while adhering to architecture and security standards and ensuring all generated code meets senior-level quality expectations
Requirements:
- Deep experience with AI-augmented workflows and agents
- Proven SPA and React/Redux expertise
- Modern JavaScript toolchain proficiency (NPM, Webpack, ESLint)
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Self-starter mentality with adaptability
- Creative problem-solving approach
- Experience with Cordova, Native development for Android and/or iOS
- RAIL Performance, PWA, SSR, Node knowledge
- Cypress and Jest testing experience
Work Arrangement
- Remote within Poland
- One week quarterly for team events (London/Warsaw/Prishtina)
Compensation:
- 25,000 - 40,000 PLN net/month plus RSUs
Hiring Process
- 4-stage process, approximately 4 weeks total
