About the Role Genie AI is looking for 2-3 exceptional Agentic Engineers at Junior, Mid & Senior levels. This is an AI-first company where engineers don't write most code by hand. Instead, you design systems, orchestrate agents, backcast from outcomes, and ship end-to-end products with leverage and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and build AI-powered products end-to-end
• Build and manage fleet of agents; design technical systems that multiply team output
• Build Agentic Legal Framework and Knowledge Intelligence Platform
• Elevate engineering from individual contribution to 10x team output
• Design AI-first technical systems using Node.js
• Manage and orchestrate AI agents
• Own features from ideation through shipping
• Collaborate as 10x team with collective intelligence
• Contribute to AIOps evolution

90-Day Expectations

• Month 1: Build, manage, maintain first subagent; understand AIOps workflows
• Month 2: Fully own assigned product end-to-end
• Month 3: Proactively contribute to product roadmap

6-Month Goals

• Independently design and ship AI-native systems
• Lead technical decisions on products
• Multiply team output through agentic leverage

Required Technical Skills

• Strong Node.js experience
• Backend with frontend exposure or full-stack proficiency
• Strong technical design capability
• Deep design patterns understanding
• Experience experimenting with coding co-pilots / AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GPT Codex based workflows or other coding agents)
• Systems thinking
