About the Role

This position is responsible for developing, testing, and deploying innovative technology and data products within the ITG Accelerated Technologies organization and DT&I. They will help build platforms and services that enable physicians and clinicians to provide world-class care for patients in hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design scalable distributed software and document architecture per C4 model standards
  • Develop high-quality, modular, reusable code demonstrating best practices
  • Design and execute DevOps strategies including CI/CD deployment frameworks
  • Produce enterprise-level system design documentation
  • Lead troubleshooting activities and provide on-call support
  • Mentor junior engineers and direct programming assignments
  • Partner with Enterprise Architects on technology evaluation

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree minimum
  • 5+ years relevant work experience
  • Strong application development skills using ReactJS, TypeScript, and Python
  • Experience with AI assisted tooling such as GitHub Copilot, Lovable.dev, v0.dev, bolt.new, or other Vibe Coding tools is required
  • 5+ years cloud development, especially Google Cloud Platform
  • Multi-language proficiency (Python, SQL, JavaScript)
  • Data engineering architecture experience
  • Deep understanding of streaming and event-driven architectures
  • REST API design best practices
  • Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Cloud Run expertise
  • Container monitoring tools (Cloud Monitoring, Datadog, New Relic, Nagios, Zabbix)
  • Linux command line skills
  • Scrum, Agile, Lean Product Development knowledge
  • Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree
  • GCP certification
  • Healthcare data and technology experience
