About the Role
As a Software Engineer on the Platform Team, your job will be to build stable, high-performance backend services that support AI agent operations. You'll maintain core repositories, design high-traffic APIs, manage data optimization, and improve platform observability across a chatbot platform serving 150+ clients. You'll continuously improve the platform while looking out for new opportunities, and be responsible for all stages of the feature development cycle.
One of our key goals is to reduce time spent on building bots by 60% through platform automation. We're building the world's most loved AI Agents, using AI, LLM, ML, GPT-4, and Gemini.

- Core: Python (Django & Django REST Framework)
- Services: TypeScript/Node.js (Express/NestJS)
- Databases: PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB
- Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform
- CI/CD: GitHub Actions, CircleCI
- Observability: Logs, metrics, tracing
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years production backend experience
- Strong Python/Django/DRF expertise
- TypeScript/Node.js proficiency
- SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) data modeling mastery
- Docker and Kubernetes familiarity
- Testing-first mindset with rigorous peer reviews
- AI-assisted coding proficiency: You leverage tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor as a force multiplier to handle boilerplate and speed up delivery, without sacrificing a deep understanding of the underlying logic.
