The Position:
This role involves leading and overseeing the strategic direction and development of payment products and services for HR solutions. The primary focus is driving vision, roadmap, and execution aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy: Develop cohesive product strategies aligned with organizational vision
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor 3-4 product managers while fostering collaboration
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, legal, finance, and operations
- Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and identify innovation opportunities
- Product Evangelism: Promote products internally and externally to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Extensive product management experience with team leadership and successful launches
- Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code is required. You must be able to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional code/prototypes, not just write specs
- B2B SaaS industry expertise

Salary: $70,700 - $159,050 USD annually (adjusted by location, experience, and market conditions)
