Senior Product Engineer

The Mission

TechMiners is building TechMiners ONE, the automated machinery for the next generation of M&A due diligence, moving away from manual, static reporting toward a high-speed, agentic data platform. This role requires someone who views AI as a force multiplier for engineering output, not merely an LLM wrapper.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive core product features from database to React UI, ensuring robust machinery
• Actively use and chain agentic tools (Claude Code, Windsurf, Cursor) for accelerated development cycles — moving with a speed that makes traditional dev cycles look obsolete
• Work as a peer to CTOs, translating complex business requirements into automated technical solutions
• Own architecture across the Python/Django and React stack for scalability and AI integration

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of production-grade development experience
• Deep Django expertise and architectural knowledge
• AI-Native approach — orchestrating AI agents rather than basic tool usage
• Product-focused mindset prioritizing user problems over code complexity
• Valid German work permit with primary German residence (Berlin preferred but remote-first structure available)
