About the Role:

Full Stack Engineer with Frontend specialism to work closely with product, design, mobile, and machine learning team members to design and build experiences that re-define retail shopping.

Key Responsibilities

• Design reactive, real-time web interfaces for content personalization
• Understand diverse platform users and advocate for their needs
• Translate business requirements into functional applications using RBAC/ReBAC
• Contribute to API design and system documentation

Essential Requirements

• Strong UX/web design fundamentals understanding
• Expert-level TypeScript and React proficiency
• Experience with real-time protocols (WebSockets, SSE)
• Cloud deployment experience (Azure, GCP, AWS)
• AI-Native development: Fast iteration & prototyping using AI tools such as Copilot, Claude or Cursor

Nice-to-Have

• Backend development and event-driven architecture
• Tech stack: Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Kafka, MQTT
• IoT/Edge architecture experience
• Retail POS, inventory, or loyalty systems knowledge
