About the Role
Netguru is a digital commerce partner assisting major brands with B2B modernization and marketplace development. They are looking for AI-savvy Junior and Mid Python Developers to join client projects on a freelance basis.
The role offers freelancers flexibility in choosing projects, schedules, and work locations while collaborating with experienced development teams.
Key Requirements
- English fluency (B2 level minimum)
- Python and JavaScript/TypeScript proficiency
- AI Tooling experience: Cursor, Claude code, Copilot, ChatGPT / Gemini for day to day work
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
- High learning velocity and coachability
- Technical education or competitive programming background
Project Focus Areas
Three available projects in healthcare tech: universal health profiles with AI summaries, doctor capacity optimization, and patient-centric healthcare marketplace with agentic search.
Duration: 8-12 months with possible extension
Salary
- Junior: Up to EUR 24/hour
- Mid-level: Up to EUR 34/hour
