AI Assisted .NET Developer

CSHARK is hiring an AI Assisted .NET Developer who will harness tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude, Codex, or Cursor AI to accelerate development and deliver impactful solutions for clients — primarily using C#, .NET 6.0+, React, and TypeScript.

As an AI Assisted .NET Developer at CSHARK, you'll be an enthusiastic engineer passionate about leveraging AI to enhance coding and streamline the software lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage AI tools to boost coding speed, debug efficiently, and contribute meaningfully to the full SDLC — from ideation to deployment
• Tackle frontend (React/TypeScript), backend (C#/.NET), and testing tasks, integrating them into cohesive, high-quality applications
• Apply foundational concepts like DDD or CQRS to design robust, maintainable systems
• Identify opportunities for improvement and prototype ideas swiftly
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into elegant, client-focused solutions

Requirements:

• Solid foundational skills in C#, .NET 6.0+, React, and TypeScript; exposure to full-stack development is a plus
• Comfortable using AI assistants like Copilot, Claude, or Cursor to enhance productivity, with a basic grasp of how they fit into architectural patterns
• Basic familiarity with Azure or AWS for deployment and services
• Strong English skills (minimum B2 level); Polish proficiency is also valued

Work Arrangement

• You can work remotely or choose to work from CSHARK's offices in Wroclaw or Bielsko-Biala
• Occasional office visits for team meetings or client visits
• Flexible working hours starting between 7:00 and 10:00 am
