Letterdrop (YC W20) helps sales-led companies identify pipeline signals in conversations and automate intelligent outbound through social selling. The founder is a former Google Product Manager. The company is break-even with strong pipeline growth.
As a Software Engineer - Frontend (AI Native), you will:
- Ship features rapidly while maintaining stability
- Improve product quality and fix performance bottlenecks
- Build AI/LLM-based features
- Champion AI-assisted development practices across the team
- Collaborate on code reviews and codebase architecture
Requirements:
- 2+ years fullstack experience (React, Node.js)
- Tech stack: React, Node.js, Flask, MongoDB, BigQuery, GCP, Electron
- Demonstrated AI fluency: Show us how you use AI in your workflow
- GitHub portfolio with public projects
- Cross-functional capability (frontend, backend, LLMs)
- Independent learning and problem-solving
The role specifically highlights daily use of Cursor, Claude Code, or Devin to produce maintainable code. Candidates should demonstrate experience with AI-assisted development beyond basic prompting. The philosophy is that software engineers should write less boilerplate code and maximize efficiency.
Interview Process: 1. 15-min introductory call 2. 45-60 min live coding (algorithms) 3. 45 min feature-building session using AI tools 4. Reference checks
Salary: ₹2M - ₹3M INR annually
