Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain core data models in dbt and BigQuery across product, finance, trading, staking
• Build data pipelines, warehouses, and reporting systems using GCP, Clickhouse, Metabase, Fivetran
• Build AI-powered internal tools for team productivity and self-serve analytics
• Own data quality, governance, and observability end-to-end
• Work directly with analysts and finance on data models

Requirements:

• Led data warehousing projects in growth environments
• Exceptional SQL and data modeling skills (core competency)
• Strong Python proficiency for production-quality code
• Hands-on dbt project experience
• AI-first working mindset with Claude Code and Cursor — "Claude Code and Cursor are coworkers, not novelties"
• Bonus: onchain data and blockchain analytics knowledge
• Extra edge: Fivetran/ETL tools, data observability tooling
