Key Responsibilities
- Design intelligent, autonomous solutions addressing prioritized business pain points
- Own complete solution design (architecture, UX/UI, delivery strategy, MVP scoping)
- Lead execution from concept through delivery with short iteration cycles
- Maintain stakeholder alignment on progress and priorities
- Stay hands-on: write code, review pull requests, refine architecture, validate designs
- Identify and rapidly resolve implementation issues
- Embed agentic design principles in product delivery
- Focus team energy on highest-impact outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years building great products in fast-paced startups
- Empathetic, collaborative approach with cross-team alignment
- Language-agnostic across full stack (backend to frontend)
- You've embraced AI as your primary development tool: You use AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or similar daily - not occasionally, but as your core workflow. You've fundamentally transformed how you build software: you architect and orchestrate rather than write code line-by-line. You're actively pushing to get faster and more capable each week, constantly refining your prompting, your mental models, and your development process. You recognize that you're producing higher-quality work at 5-10x the velocity compared to just a few years ago, even though you rarely touch the keyboard for raw coding anymore.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: £30,000-£90,000 or equivalent in local currency
