Key Responsibilities:

• Design multi-agent architectures and integrate LLM APIs
• Build data pipelines and automation systems operating 24/7
• Implement modular, scalable systems integrating with marketing platforms (Customer.io, Marketo, Salesforce, BigQuery)
• Partner with RevOps, Demand Generation, and SDR teams

Strategic Focus: AI Chatbot Routing & Human-in-the-Loop Orchestration

Technical Proficiency Required:

• 7+ years building production systems
• 2+ years hands-on LLM/AI production experience
• Python and JavaScript/Node.js expertise
• Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, Cloud Functions familiarity
• LLM frameworks: prompt engineering, RAG, function calling, agent orchestration
• Fluent with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) — you use AI to build AI systems
