About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on technical lead for our small development team. The role focuses on shipping features across the full stack while maintaining code quality through reviews and technical decisions. You'll pioneer AI-assisted development by exploring tools like Claude Code and Cursor to find where AI truly enhances our workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Build using React/Next.js frontend and .NET backend
• Collaborate with product and design teams on feature development and launches
• Champion code quality through clean code and constructive code reviews
• Pioneer AI-assisted development by exploring tools like Claude Code and Cursor to enhance workflow efficiency
• Own the complete release cycle including CI, feature flags, and deployment

Required Experience

• 5+ years full-stack development in product-driven companies
• Strong React and Next.js proficiency
• Solid backend knowledge, preferably .NET
• Experience converting Figma designs to functional code
• Hands-on experience with AI development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot)
• Cloud platform experience (Azure/GCP/AWS) with CI/CD pipelines
